Arizona

Sedona, Arizona Travel Scout Adventure Kate Swavely

Arizona, the hub of the South West. At first I hated you. After growing up halfway between New York and Philly, it was like living in a vanilla ash tray. I had to learn to appreciate the attitudes and values that differed from my community. Arizona has really grown on me since I have been traveling. In what other place can you predict the weather because, right, it’s always sunny and hot.

Arizona Badass History

Sprawling across the seemingly desolate desert are layers upon layers of ancient human and geological history. State 48 has only been a part of the USA for 100 and some years – it’s just a half a blink by historical standards. I’ve dedicated time to visiting popular and lesser known sites to better understand my home!
